A quick update to keep you posted:

We are currently aiming for most appointments to be done via phone or video consult. We will have limited in person consults available where needed. Please bring your own mask and wear it to your appointment. We do have a limited supply of disposable masks if you don't have one.

If you need a swab for COVID-19, we have spaces available between 12pm-2pm to have your swab taken in our front carpark. Please talk to reception and book a phone consult to get this organised. Your other option is to present to a CBAC (image of nearest clinics attached) or to call Healthline on 0800 611 116.

If you need a prescription request, please leave a phone message or fill out our Nurse Contact form. All scripts will now be faxed to your pharmacy of choice, so please specify this in your message. If you have more than 2 weeks supply of medication, please only request a repeat of your medications when you are in your final 2 weeks of supply.
