Tues & Friday      8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday              9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Outside of these hours, our phones divert to Westcare/Whitecross Henderson, or you can call Healthline on 0800 611 116.

After hours please go to Westcare/Whitecross, 131 Lincoln Rd, Henderson, Phone 09 836 3336. No appointment is necessary at this 24/7 clinic.

There are also Emergency Departments at Waitakere and North Shore hospitals open 24/7.

Repeat Prescriptions / Contact our Nurses

Our nurses are happy to help with simple queries via email, including:
- Prescription Requests (one patient per form please!)
- Immunisation History
- Copies of your results

For all other enquiries, please phone our nurses for advice.

All standard scripts have a $24 fee and will be sent to your pharmacy of choice - we try to complete these within 48 hours between Monday and Friday only.

Urgent scripts have a $5 surcharge and we will endeavour to complete these within 24 hours between Monday and Friday only.

(We are soon to implement our patient portal, so that you can make appointments and request prescriptions through a secure online service).
