COVID Orange Light Update

We recently returned to business as usual, with face to face appointments available with our doctors and nurses. If you are unwell, have COVID, or are a household contact, we will need to have a phone or video consult first.

We are still able to do supervised RAT tests and PCR swabs for the lab if needed - please use the contact form or leave a message with our nurses (09 416 8541 ext 2) and they will be able to book this.

The best place to get a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) is still at a Community Testing Centre. Up to date locations for these are here:

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please visit https://immunisation.northernregion.health.nz/whanauhq/ for further information and instructions.

Omicron / Phase Three Update

As the case numbers continue to increase, we have decided to temporarily return to telehealth (phone or video) consults by default. The nurse or doctor will book you in for a face to face consult if needed.
