We recently returned to business as usual, with face to face appointments available with our doctors and nurses. If you are unwell, have COVID, or are a household contact, we will need to have a phone or video consult first.

Script requests and other enquiries can be sent via the contact forms on our website.

https://www.hobsonvillefamilydoctors.co.nz/contact

We are still able to do supervised RAT tests and PCR swabs for the lab if needed - please use the contact form or leave a message with our nurses (09 416 8541 ext 2) and they will be able to book this.

The best place to get a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) is still at a Community Testing Centre. Up to date locations for these are here:

https://immunisation.northernregion.health.nz/covidtest/

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please visit https://immunisation.northernregion.health.nz/whanauhq/ for further information and instructions.

If you have tested positive on a RAT supplied from work or somewhere else, please register your results online at https://mycovidrecord.health.nz/ or call 0800 222 478.

As the case numbers continue to increase, we have decided to temporarily return to telehealth (phone or video) consults by default. The nurse or doctor will book you in for a face to face consult if needed.

We are still able to do a limited number of swabs in the afternoons - please use the contact form or leave a message with our nurses (09 416 8541 ext 2) and they will be able to book this is (capacity depending).
