Dr Jann Singer will be retiring from regular sessions at HFD at the end of March 2021.

She would like to acknowledge the privilege of working with many kind and wise patients over the last 35 years. She is proud of the medical centre she has been part of establishing.

In terms of going forward with your care, we recommend all of our doctors. As you know the doctors have different areas of expertise and we don’t think you always have to see the same doctor. It is important for many patients to have one or two of our doctors they can see for their regular medical care.

As of 6:00am Sunday 28 February, Auckland moved to Alert Level 3 and the rest of New Zealand moved to Alert Level 2. Our priority is your health and we will continue to provide medical care with most appointments being delivered by phone or video consultation. Our team will decide if you need to be seen in the clinic and arrange this if required.

Routine vaccination appointments will continue as planned.

Our clinic requires that all patients wear a mask on the premises during level 3 regardless of symptoms, young children are exempt. This is to protect the health and safety of our staff and other people in the clinic.

If you are unwell with COVID-19 symptoms including a fever, cough, runny nose or sore throat please stay at home.

Our team performs COVID-19 swabs in the carpark between 12-1pm. Please contact our reception if you would like to book a test for you or a family member. This service is free.

If you need a repeat prescription, please leave a phone message or fill out our Nurse Contact form. All scripts will now be faxed to your pharmacy of choice, so please specify this in your message. If you have more than 2 weeks supply of medication, please only request a repeat of your medications when you are in your final 2 weeks of supply. We will continue to keep our website updated as the situation changes.
