Holiday Hours Reminder

Hobsonville Family Doctors will be closed from 3pm Wednesday 24th December 2025, reopening on Monday 5th Jan 2026.

We will not be processing any prescription requests (including voicemails or emails) during this time, and portal prescription requests will be deactivated.

To ensure you have an adequate supply of your medications, please submit any routine prescription requests well in advance - before 12pm Monday 22nd December.

If you need medical care over the break:

Your options include:

• Healthline is a free service to call for health advice and information on 0800 611 116.

• Virtual appointments are available through CareHQ via your Indici patient portal. Southern Cross members can book through your MySouthernCross app. 

• PocketLab is another great telehealth service available for any health concerns over the break.

• For more urgent or in person care, you can go to North Shore or Waitakere Hospital, or White Cross Henderson at 131 Lincoln Road, which is a 24/7 walk-in clinic.
