Until Sunday 19 January 2025, as a benefit of belonging to our practice, CareHQ appointments are subsidised when booked via the MyIndici patient portal. 
Southern Cross members should use their MySouthernCross app to book their appointment, and non-Southern Cross patients can access CareHQ directly via the MyIndici patient portal. 

If you need a repeat prescription, please use the patient portal, fill out our Nurse Contact form online, or leave a phone message detailing what medications you need.

If you cannot come into the clinic to collect your script, we can send an e-prescription to your pharmacy of choice. If you require this service, please specify this in your message.
