COVID-19 Level 1 Update 12/10/2020

With Auckland being back in Level 1, Hobsonville Family Doctors will be making a few small changes as we transition from Level 2:

1. We will be still providing patients with the option for telephone/video consultations. Telephone and Video consultations will be offered primarily for patients who have cold or flu like symptoms. Please ring and speak to reception should you have any questions.

2. We are encouraging patients to continue wearing masks when they come for a consultation, and will be asking patients to bring their own masks where possible.

3. We will be reinstating the $5.00 surcharge for repeat prescriptions (total price is back to $24.00) that are faxed to your preferred pharmacy.
